This dynamic 60-minute class blends bodyweight strength training with a creatively fresh wellness experience each week, promoting flexibility and mindful movement both on and off your mat. We'll start at The Pelican Room, focusing on building functional strength and sculpting long, lean muscles using your own bodyweight.

Then, get ready for a unique adventure! Each week, we'll embark on a different wellness journey designed to challenge your body and invigorate your mind. Some weeks, we might take a scenic walk/jog incorporating low-impact core moves, while other weeks might feature a fun dance-inspired flow or a grounding nature meditation. No matter the activity, the focus will always be on promoting flexibility, mindfulness, and a deep sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

This class is perfect for all levels, as modifications are offered throughout. Join us every Thursday and experience the transformative power of movement and mindful living.
