Then, dive into a 45-minute, heart-pumping Yoga Sculpt session, expertly blending challenging yoga poses with dynamic Pilates and HIIT exercises. Each week brings a fresh and creative sequence, ensuring your muscles are constantly challenged and surprised.
All levels are welcome. Shoes off, non-slip socks or bare feet recommended. Light Weights and yoga mats available.
